Storage of about 500 single items(more than any of our competitors) of high quality dried herbs, prepared using traditional processes, and not subjected to cosmetic processes such as sulphur treatment etc. All raw herbs are authenticated before being processed and packed. Storage of about 400 single items (more than any of our competitors) of GMP certified concentrated herbal powders manufactured by Koda Pharmaceuticals in Taiwan, with the concentration ratio in average of 6:1 from dried herbs to finished products.

All raw herbs are authenticated before being processed to make powders. Koda has been conducting tests for heavy metal and pesticide contamination for its single powders. The results obtained so far clearly show that Koda powders meet the most stringent criteria for control of heavy metal and pesticide contamination

Ensuring that all UK prescriptions received before 3pm are made up and sent out by 1st class post the same day. Also applies to small packets for Europe and worldwide, which are sent by air mail the same day.
